to these conditions (“conditions of use”)
and the access to the site supposes the acknowledgment
and acceptance of the conditions of use.
As Roma Spa does not guarantee (explicitly or
implicitly) the accuracy, completeness and reliability
of the information, of the software, of services and
generally of the contents of this site, except for the
overriding provisions of Consumer Protection Laws. As Roma Spa will update the site regularly, and expressly
reserves the right to modify it, in whole or in part,
at any time and without prior notice. The sale of products
and service through the site is governed by the conditions
of sales.
ACCESS RESTRICTIONS
As Roma Spa reserves the right to refuse, without
notice and at its own discretion, to any user access
to the site or any part thereof.
TRADE MARKS
All the marks, logos, and other distinctive signs of
any kind used in this site (hereinafter the “marks”),
are owned by A.S. Roma S.p.A. or by the respective owner.

any purpose, including reproduction on other web sites,
without prior written authorization by A.S. Roma S.p.A.
or by the legitimate owner is explicity forbidden.
COPYRIGHT
The site is intended for personal and non commercial
use. All the contents, such as information, software,
texts, graphics and images, included in the site (the
“contents”) are protected by copyright. Therefore,
it is explicitly forbidden for the user to modify, distribute,
transmit, publish, commercialize, license, copy or use
for commercial purposes the contents without prior written
authorization of As Roma Spa.
TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
As Roma Spa, in accordance with art.10 law n.675,
31.12.1996 and subsequent amendments (the “law”)
containing provisions for the “protection of persons
and others” with respect to treatment of personal
data”, informs you of the following:
the data you provide, (hereinafter the “data”)
within the site, may constitute the object of records,
organisation, processing, modification, selection, extraction,
comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication,
distribution, cancellation, and destruction (the “treatment”)
in observance of the law and under the duty of privacy.
The data will be processed for the following purposes,
which are also connected with and instrumental to the
activities of As Roma Spa, in particular: accounting,
fiscal, commercial, marketing, promotional and statistical
activities, to forward informative material, for direct
sales or placement of goods and services. In relation
to these activities, the treatment of data will be carried
out through it and electronic means or on paper, and
in any case,through means which guarantee security and
privacy. The company entitled to treatment of the data
is As Roma Spa itself.
The data may be disclosed for the above mentioned treatment
purpose to natural or legal individuals, corporations,
appointed by As Roma Spa to supply data processing
services or services instrumental or of support to the
services of As Roma Spa, in particular: to companies
offering it, accounting, commercial, management, insurance,
banking, legal services, to experts, consultants, associations,
public administrative bodies, universities and research
centres.
Data may also be disclosed to companies directly or
indirectly controlled by/or connected with As Roma Spa.

is available at the As Roma Spa offices. The
data may be transferred abroad.
As Roma Spa would like to inform you that, with
regards to your personal data , you may exercise the
rights laid out in art. 13 of the law, among which,
the right to know you recorded personal data, to update,
amend or integrate it, to oppose the treatment of illegitimate
data or the treatment for purposes of commercial informations,
advertising material, direct sales, interactive commercial
disclosure.
Finally, As Roma Spa would like to inform you
that giving your data is optional. However, refusing
to authorise the treatment of your data and its disclosure
to those within the above mentioned categories will
prevent the purchase of the products ordered.
We would like to point out that As Roma Spa is
not entitled to authorisation for treatment of sensitive
data (in accordance with art.22 of the law) so please
do not provide any personal data which may reveal your
ethnic origins, religious, philosophical or other beliefs,
your political or trade, parties, unions, associations
or other organisations, or which may reveal your health
conditions or sex life.
AMENDMENTS TO CONDITIONS OF USE
As Roma Spa reserves the right to amend at any
time the Conditions of Use.
RESTRICTION TO RESPONSIBILITY
Except for what provided for explicitly by overriding
laws, As Roma Spa does not take any responsibility
for what concerns direct or indirect damages of any
type, due to errors or inaccuracies within the contents
of this site, due to delays or impossibility to access
the site, due to services supplied or not supplied within
this site, or in any case connected with this site.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Pusuant to art.5 of legislative decree 185/1999, goods may be exchanged
or refunded within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods, except
for the items that have been personalized expressly for the purchaser as
shirts with name and numbers applied. If an exchange or refund is required,
the customer should sent a proof of purchase and a covering letter by post
or fax to the following address: : As Roma Spa ,
Via di Trigoria Km 3,600. The customer must
send the item(s) to the above address within 10 days froma the date such a
letter is sent. A non transferable cheque will be forwarded to the customer's
address to cover the value of refund, net of delivery and packaging charges.
