Conditions of Sales

1. PERSONS TO WHO THIS OFFER APPLIES

The goods included in the A.S. Roma Store Web Site (the "site") are offered to final customers only. Salesw shall be affected in accordance with italian legislative decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999 (legislative decree 185/1999) relating to distance customer sales. Retailers are excluded from this offer.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER

2.1 Customers can order the products described in the site (the "products") according to the following:

(i) fill the order form online and click on the icon "completa l'ordine"; or

(ii) sending an email with the order to this address: ordini@asromastore.it

(iii) print the order form on paper and send it by fax to 0039 06 63.80.010 or by post to Soccer S.a.s. of Brand Management S.r.l. Via Portuense 1555 Commercity M48 Ponte Galeria – 00148 Roma.

2.2 Orders will be accepted only if complying with the above 2.1

2.3 When placing an order (the "order"), the customer will be assigned a customer order number through the site itself, by email, or by telephone if the order has been placed via telephone, fax or post.

2.4 Placing an order, the customer proposes himself to buy the chosen goods on the conditions of sales. Soccer S.a.s. of Brand Management S.r.l. has teh option of refusing orders. If the order is accepted, Soccer S.a.s. of Brand Management S.r.l. will give notification by issuing an order confirmation by email or, in case no email address is specified in the order, by post.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 The goods purchased will be paid by credit card following the steps indicated in the payment section within the site. Therefore, when placing the order, the customer will give details of his credit card. The card will be debited on the day the invoice for the products purchased is issued.

3.2 The payments shall be made in Italian Lire or Euro, as specified by the customer in the order.

3.3 Soccer S.a.s. of Brand Management S.r.l. will send the invoice to the address specified in the Order Confirmation when dispatching the goods.

4. PRICES

Prices, inclusive of VAT, and delivery charges are specified in the site. Changes on VAT or other sales taxes can affect prices.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Goods will be delivered by Soccer S.a.s. of Brand Management S.r.l. upon receipt of the total value of the order.

5.2 Unless otherwise specified, the goods will be delivered to the address specified in the Order Confirmation.

6. EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Pursuant to art.5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 goods may be exchanged or refunded within 10 days of the date of receipt of the goods. If an exchange or refund is required, the customer should, within the above mentioned 10 days period, send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or a telegram or fax to be confirmed within the subsequent 48 hours with a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, to the following address: Soccer S.a.s. of Brand Management S.r.l., Via Portuense 1555 Commercity M48 Ponte Galeria - 00148 Roma.
The customer must return the item(s) to the above address within 10 days of the date on which such a letter is sent, at his/her own expense.

7. CUSTOM DUTY

Custom duty will be charged to the customer’s account.

8. COMPLAINTS AND ASSISTANCE

9. APPLICABLE LAW

The sale of the Products is governed by Italian law.
